MY STORY
I started my journey as a gamer (way back when), which eventually led me into the world of software development. Over time, that passion evolved into a career, supported by my studies at Charles University (MFF UK), where I earned a degree in Computer Science.
Along the way, I’ve had the opportunity to wear many hats—developer, solution architect, team lead, engineering manager—and now I find myself navigating the dual roles of CTO and CEO. Each step has been a learning experience, shaping how I approach challenges and refine my skills in designing systems, leading teams, and building a collaborative culture.
But this journey hasn’t been all smooth sailing. Along the way, I’ve faced my fair share of failures, missteps, and moments where ego got in the way. Each setback, however, has been a valuable teacher, reminding me that growth often comes from discomfort.
These experiences aren’t just titles—they’re lessons that continue to fuel my drive to grow and contribute.
The journey continues. 🚀
MY VALUES

because on my deathbed, I want to be surrounded by loved ones who carry a part of me forward, not material possessions.
🌱 Growth,
because personal and spiritual continuous self-improvement allows me to become a better person, leader and professional.
🌟 Lead by Example,
because the best way to inspire others is by showing the way through my own actions, both in family (kids) and at work (colleagues).
🎯 Meaning,
because seeking true value and constantly asking “why” helps ensure I’m focused on what really matters because there is no unlimited time and resources! (e.g. outcomes over outputs).
