I began my journey as a passionate gamer (a long time ago), which naturally evolved into a career in software development. Along the way, I earned my degree in Computer Science from Charles University (MFF UK).

My professional path has taken me through roles as a developer, solution architect, team lead, engineering manager, and now to the roles of CTO and CEO, which I currently hold simultaneously.

Each step has shaped my perspective and honed my ability to design, lead, and inspire at every level of an organization.

because on my deathbed, I want to be surrounded by loved ones who carry a part of me forward, not material possessions.

because the best way to inspire others is by showing the way through my own actions, both in family (kids) and at work (colleagues).

because directly impacts the quality of life and enables me to fulfill other values. Good mental and physical health provides the energy and strength to be fully engage.

because finding alternative solutions in challenging situations is essential, whether as a parent or a leader.
